Fall Masters Dryland Camp

By Roddy Ward

What a great weekend of training in Canmore/Banff! I love camps and find them super valuable. Here is why:

  • Allows athletes and coaches a more focused environment to work on their craft.

  • New ideas from different coaches and different teammates.

  • Brings like minded people together to build new relationships and deepen existing relationships.

  • Builds our Nordic community.

This past weekend we had an amazing group of keen cross country skiers and biathletes. We enjoyed amazing fall weather in Canmore & Banff that allowed for 4 high quality workouts. It was really fun to connect with other like minded folks!

Ski walking up the backside of Sulphur Mountain in Banff, Alberta. A great hike when you can grab a ride down with the gondola!
